Senior Transportation Coordinator/Load Planner

About the role

The Senior Transportation Coordinator/Load Planner ensures efficient product transportation, load planning, and order management prior to shipment. This role supports Nestlé’s operational master plan and continuous improvement initiatives while delivering on‑time service to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Execute product transportation efficiently using tools and processes to exceed service expectations.
• Collaborate with customer service, carriers, facilities and deployment teams, maintaining professional communication.
• Manage planning anomalies, validate plans, create optimized freight orders, and handle carrier selection and exceptions.
• Oversee on‑time pick‑up and delivery schedules, track shipments, and mitigate risks.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, communicate daily performance, and handle confidential information.

Required profile

• High School Diploma; college education preferred.
• Experience in transportation, logistics or a fast‑paced office environment.
• Strong customer service orientation and professional approach to internal and external stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Analytical decision‑making and good judgment.
