Senior Tax Analyst

About the role

Harry’s, a leading men’s grooming brand within the Mammoth Brands portfolio, is building a robust internal tax function. As a Senior Tax Analyst you will partner with finance teams worldwide and external advisors to ensure accurate tax compliance and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with quarterly and year‑end tax provision and prepare related journal entries in accordance with ASC 740.
• Coordinate tax review and audit processes with external financial statement auditors.
• Manage relationships with third‑party tax providers, ensuring timely identification of tax issues.
• Prepare and file federal and state income tax returns, as well as indirect taxes such as sales tax, GST, and VAT.
• Support transfer‑pricing documentation, legal entity set‑up/review, and intercompany agreements.
• Collaborate with finance teams across New York, the United Kingdom, and Germany on tax‑related projects.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in corporate tax compliance and provision work.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 740 and US GAAP tax accounting.
• Proven ability to work with external auditors and third‑party tax advisors.
• Experience handling indirect taxes and multi‑jurisdictional tax filings.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
