Senior Software Engineer

About the role

Camber is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help make healthcare more accessible and affordable. You will work across the stack, lead projects, and shape the company’s technical and product direction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept to delivery, identifying problems, building alignment, and implementing solutions autonomously.
• Write high‑quality, readable, maintainable, and scalable code for production systems.
• Contribute to building a strong engineering culture that supports great product outcomes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience building and operating production systems.
• Mission‑driven mindset focused on empowering clinicians and reducing manual workload.
• Strong empathy for customers’ pain points to create effective product experiences.
• Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn new technologies and domain knowledge.
