Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack

Key responsibilities

• Build & innovate – develop new features for existing products and architect entirely new product suites.
• Own the stack – design, implement and maintain scalable backend APIs powering both web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate & mentor – work within a small high‑performing team, conduct code reviews and support junior developers.
• Shape the future – leverage modern frameworks and cloud technologies to push the boundaries of insurance tech.

Required profile

• Proven full‑stack experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs and multiple front‑ends.
• Frontend familiarity with Angular or React.
• Backend mastery of Java and Spring Boot (or similar).
• Comfortable with relational databases and schema design.
• Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Required skills

• AWS services such as S3, SQS and SES.
• Containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Linux system administration.
