Atom.com is seeking a Senior SEO Growth Lead to shape and execute its organic acquisition strategy. This senior position will drive sustainable traffic growth for a fast‑growing AI‑native domain marketplace, working across traditional search and emerging AI‑driven discovery platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Own and implement Atom’s SEO and organic growth strategy.
• Identify and scale opportunities that increase qualified organic traffic.
• Improve technical SEO across a large‑scale marketplace environment.
• Build and optimise landing pages, content, and internal linking structures.
• Develop AI‑assisted workflows and automation for scalable SEO growth.
• Conduct deep competitor analysis and pinpoint strategic gaps.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams on technical SEO initiatives.
• Monitor performance, run experiments, and focus on conversion‑oriented outcomes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on SEO experience with proven measurable growth.
• Track record of growing organic traffic in competitive industries.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently.
• Experience helping smaller or mid‑size companies outperform larger competitors.
