Influencer Marketing Manager

About the role

Highlight is seeking a Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager to own and execute client social presence and creator strategies from concept to delivery. The role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and ideal for someone who lives and breathes TikTok and Meta platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow client social media accounts on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Develop and execute end‑to‑end influencer marketing strategies, from sourcing to reporting.
• Identify, vet, and onboard UGC creators and influencers.
• Negotiate partnerships, contracts, and fees with creators.
• Brief creators to ensure content aligns with brand voice and campaign goals.
• Track and report on campaign and account performance, providing actionable insights.
• Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging formats.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on social and influencer deliverables.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in social media management and influencer marketing, preferably at a creative or digital agency.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Hands‑on experience managing brand accounts, content calendars, community management, and paid/organic strategy.
• Proven track record sourcing and managing UGC creators and influencer campaigns.
• Strong copywriting ability and an eye for on‑brand content.
• Comfortable interpreting performance metrics and translating them into strategy.
• Skilled negotiator with experience managing contracts and creator relationships.
• Highly organized, self‑directed, and able to juggle multiple clients and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
