Senior Security Analyst – Hybrid (Horsham, PA)

About the role

The Infrastructure Compliance Analyst III – Infrastructure Security acts as a security advisor to multiple engineering teams, ensuring that infrastructure services are designed, implemented, and operated securely while supporting business objectives. This hybrid position partners with Cloud, Platform, SRE, and Systems Engineering to translate security requirements into practical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with engineering teams throughout design, implementation, and operations to ensure secure, scalable, resilient infrastructure.
• Interpret security frameworks and regulatory requirements into actionable technical guidance for engineers.
• Guide vulnerability remediation, develop secure configuration standards, and support compliance across Windows, Linux, virtualization, cloud, and identity platforms.
• Aggregate and analyze security data to identify trends, create executive dashboards, and recommend strategic improvements.

Required profile

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, cybersecurity, cloud engineering, or enterprise systems administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, networking, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
