Senior Project Manager – PMO Lead (Remote, US)

About the role

First Help Financial is expanding its Project Management Office and seeks a senior leader to design, scale, and operate the function. Reporting to the Senior Director of Project Management, you will work remotely from anywhere in the United States, partnering with PMO leadership to drive high‑visibility initiatives across operations, finance, compliance, and technology.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement systems, processes, and governance that enable consistent project execution across the organization.
• Own complex, multi‑departmental initiatives from concept through delivery, making decisions on scope, approach, and trade‑offs.
• Translate strategic priorities into detailed project plans with clear owners, timelines, and definitions of done.
• Facilitate working sessions, status reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication for assigned initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale, cross‑functional projects in a fast‑growing environment.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent judgment, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale a Project Management Office or similar function.
