Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead the delivery of brand initiatives across multichannel tactics, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as Account Management, Creative, Editorial, Technology, Finance, and Production to drive alignment and solve challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and independently manage multichannel projects from concept through deployment.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to align priorities, communicate updates, and support seamless execution.
• Guide project workflows, timelines, estimates, and scope while proactively identifying risks and recommending solutions.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to maintain strong partnerships and ensure alignment on deliverables.
• Mentor junior team members, providing day‑to‑day guidance and fostering professional growth.
• Support operational excellence by following agency processes, participating in improvements, and contributing to financial and resource planning.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and administrative responsibilities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in project management, production, or marketing operations; pharmaceutical marketing or advertising experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; PMP, CSM, or related certifications a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with solid problem‑solving and financial management capabilities.

What we offer

• Salary range $80,000 – $110,000 annually
