Senior Project Manager - Commercial Interiors & Tenant Improvements

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead commercial interior construction projects, including corporate office buildouts, tenant improvements, and workplace renovations. The role requires a hands‑on leader who can manage projects from pre‑construction through closeout while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering high‑end, design‑driven interiors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead commercial interior projects from pre‑construction through final closeout.
• Oversee corporate office buildouts, workplace renovations, and tenant improvement (TI) projects.
• Manage high‑end interior finishes, ensuring quality, detailing, and design intent.
• Control project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and overall financial performance.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams across multiple active projects.
• Serve as primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and scopes for constructability.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and project documentation.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, safety, scheduling, and quality control.
• Drive execution in fast‑track and occupied environments with minimal disruption.

Required profile

• 10‑15+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Strong background in commercial interiors, corporate workplace construction, and tenant improvements.
• Proven success delivering high‑end, design‑focused interior projects.
• Experience managing fast‑track projects in occupied commercial settings.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting quality and schedule expectations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
