Senior Product Manager – Rotating Machines

About the role

As a Senior Product Manager for Rotating Machines at Bosch Automotive Aftermarket, you will drive growth by shaping go‑to‑market strategies and launching new products. You will work in a hybrid environment (40% remote, 60% onsite) alongside cross‑functional teams to deliver profitable solutions for automotive and commercial‑vehicle customers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute go‑to‑market strategies as the product market expert to meet growth targets.
• Analyze channels, customers and competitors to build business strategies and value propositions.
• Model P&L scenarios for new opportunities, existing business and product launches to achieve profitability.
• Align stakeholders, present analyses and recommendations to senior management.
• Lead cross‑functional teams (Sales, Controlling, Demand Planning, Communications, Category Management) to launch customers and products on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain channel pricing strategies, including good/better/best positioning, to meet margin goals.
• Prepare customer presentations and support trade‑marketing activities, promotions and sales‑growth campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level product management experience, preferably in automotive or industrial markets.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends, competitor actions and customer needs.
• Demonstrated ability to model financial scenarios and influence pricing decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills for senior leadership.
• Experience leading cross‑functional projects to successful product launches.
