About the role

Beast Industries is seeking a Senior Manager, YouTube Intelligence to lead the analytical strategy behind its expansive YouTube ecosystem. Reporting to the Head of Virality, you will turn platform data into actionable creative decisions that drive performance across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Improve the performance of every new upload by providing data‑driven creative recommendations.
• Define and own the analytical framework that links content metrics to strategic decisions.
• Build and maintain a feedback loop between analytics, creative, and production teams.
• Lead a team of two analysts, conducting deep post‑mortem analyses of tentpole, underperforming, and breakout videos.
• Serve as the primary analytical voice in content and packaging discussions.
• Identify innovative growth ideas, platform experiments, and emerging content opportunities.
