Senior Manager, US Marketing – Residents & Fellows

About the role

Enovis is seeking a Senior Manager to lead U.S. marketing strategies focused on resident and fellow engagement across its orthopedic portfolio. The role will shape downstream marketing programs, build long‑term relationships with emerging surgeons, and support business growth through data‑driven initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and expand relationships with current strategic resident and fellowship programs and identify new candidate programs.
• Develop and execute communication plans for residents and fellows, coordinating with sales, medical education, and product teams.
• Create and manage databases tracking resident/fellow participation, retention, and conversion metrics.
• Define KPIs, monitor performance, and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
• Oversee downstream marketing budget, segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle initiatives to increase surgeon acquisition and loyalty.

Required profile

• BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred but not required.
• 8+ years of experience in medical‑device marketing, resident/fellowship strategy, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of adult reconstruction orthopedic procedures (hip, knee, upper‑extremity).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with physicians and internal stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 45% domestically and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Zoom).
• Data‑analysis and reporting capabilities to drive insight‑based decisions.
