Senior Manager, Procurement

About the role

Beast Industries is building a fast‑moving procurement engine to support its high‑volume video and content production as well as corporate operations. As Senior Manager, Procurement you will design and lead an end‑to‑end function that balances speed, creativity and disciplined cost control.

Key responsibilities

• Lead procurement for video and content production, covering equipment, props, set materials, talent logistics, specialty items and on‑location services.
• Partner with Production, Studio, Tech, Legal and executive teams to anticipate needs and deliver under tight timelines.
• Build and manage a vetted vendor network capable of sourcing unique, high‑value, large‑scale items on short notice.
• Own corporate sourcing across technology, facilities, professional services and SaaS categories.
• Design and implement a unified procurement function that serves both production and corporate spend.
• Develop scalable processes for recurring needs while preserving flexibility for one‑off productions.
• Optimize procurement tools and P2P platforms to improve visibility and efficiency.
• Establish supplier performance metrics and conduct regular business reviews with strategic vendors.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience leading procurement in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments, preferably within media, entertainment or production.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous situations with a bias for action and the ability to build systems that scale.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, working closely with production, finance, legal and executive leadership.
• Excellent negotiation abilities and a track record of delivering cost efficiencies.
