Senior Manager, Customer and Product Training

About the role

GrowthZone is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its Customer and Product Training team. In this player‑coach position you will shape the strategy and execution of training programs that drive product adoption, customer success, and internal enablement for our association‑focused SaaS platform.

Key responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, and manage training team headcount in line with business growth.
• Coach and develop training specialists, fostering performance, engagement, and career progression.
• Deliver hands‑on training, create content, and support key initiatives as needed.
• Prioritize workload, schedule resources, and plan delivery of training sessions and materials.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales and other functions to align training with product launches and business goals.
• Measure training effectiveness using data‑driven metrics and feedback loops.
• Maintain standards for documentation, tools, and delivery methods.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements for scalability and quality.
• Lead cross‑functional projects related to onboarding, product education, and customer campaigns.
• Stay current on industry trends and learning technologies, recommending enhancements.
