Senior Manager, Brand Marketing

About the role

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Senior Manager to lead HCP marketing strategy and execution for its professional supplement portfolio, including Pure Encapsulations, Douglas Laboratories and Genestra. The role will drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition and revenue growth through integrated multi‑channel programs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual HCP marketing plans that translate business objectives into awareness, engagement and growth across digital, CRM, trade shows and other channels.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of marketing professionals, providing hands‑on guidance.
• Partner with the HCP sales organization to align marketing initiatives with sales priorities and customer needs.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with eBusiness, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Product Development, Finance and agency partners to deliver high‑quality programs on time and within budget.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity and customer insights to inform strategy and optimize budget allocation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare professional (HCP) and nutritional supplement sectors.
• 3+ years of experience leading and developing marketing teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and make data‑driven decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
