Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

DIBS Beauty is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to shape the visual identity of the brand across all consumer touchpoints. You will translate ideas into compelling brand worlds that feel elevated, culturally relevant, and unmistakably DIBS.

Key responsibilities

• Develop brand and campaign designs for product launches, digital, retail, social, print, and out‑of‑home channels.
• Create weekly email campaigns, paid media assets, and website creative including banners, landing pages, and product detail pages.
• Design primary and secondary packaging artwork and retail graphics such as endcaps, shelving, and in‑store displays.
• Retouch photography, prepare production‑ready files for print, packaging, and retail, and maintain brand templates and guidelines.
• Collaborate with brand marketing, creative, social, product development, and external vendors to ensure visual consistency and high creative standards.

Required profile

• Strong visual taste with a portfolio that demonstrates elevated, culturally relevant design work.
• Proven ability to build cohesive brand systems across packaging, digital, retail, and campaign assets.
• Highly detail‑oriented with a deep care for craft, typography, layout, and execution.
• Both conceptual and hands‑on, able to balance big‑picture storytelling with performance‑driven execution.
