Senior Engineering Project Manager

About the role

As a Senior Engineering Project Manager at Bosch Mobility Aftermarket, you will lead the development and release of new diagnostic equipment for the automotive service solutions market. You will create detailed project plans covering scope, schedule, cost, and risk for the Bosch Automotive Aftermarket Service Solutions facility.

Key responsibilities

• Provide proactive risk management and mitigation throughout the project life cycle.
• Identify, monitor, and manage the project critical path.
• Establish and maintain a cohesive and effective project team.
• Lead cross‑functional team members to achieve project commitments.
• Communicate effectively with team members, managers, and senior leadership to keep projects aligned.
• Provide clear, up‑to‑date project status to management and stakeholders.
• Exercise influence to drive accountability and effective decision‑making.
• Identify and remove obstacles that hinder team progress.
• Promote a healthy, collaborative environment within the team and with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management for product development projects.
• Experience with electronics, embedded software and/or mechanical engineering is a plus.
• Experience developing multi‑discipline project schedules using MS Project or equivalent.
• Cross‑functional leadership experience across engineering, marketing, purchasing, manufacturing, customer support, and other functions.
• Demonstrated ability to align product, market, customer, and business needs in planning and executing projects.
