Senior Director, Strategic Finance

About the role

Fullscript is seeking a Senior Director of Strategic Finance to partner with the General Manager of its core supplements business. In this high‑impact position you will translate driver analysis into KPIs, set operational targets, and shape investment priorities that drive growth across the fast‑growing health‑tech platform.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the GM’s trusted finance partner, collaborating with product, operations, and supply‑chain leaders to assign metrics and track performance.
• Define and maintain a scorecard of key business performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct deep‑dive, driver‑based analyses to uncover performance drivers and value‑creation opportunities.
• Build investment‑grade business cases, stress‑testing assumptions, quantifying payback, and assessing risk for strategic initiatives.
• Provide financial insight to guide trade‑offs across initiatives, investments, and operational decisions.
• Produce executive‑ready briefings that include performance narratives, quantified options, recommended actions, owners, and success metrics.
• Develop subject‑matter expertise on the business’s economic drivers and translate insights into actionable strategy.

Required profile

• Proven senior finance experience in strategic planning, KPI development, and financial analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with senior business leaders and drive accountability across cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience building investment‑grade business cases.
• Excellent communication skills for delivering executive‑level insights and narratives.
