Senior Director of Finance

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Director of Finance to join the leadership team at DOCOMO Pacific and guide the financial future of the organization. The role combines high‑level strategy with hands‑on execution, supporting the President & CEO, CFO and executive team.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic, operational and financial goals, providing analysis and recommendations.
• Lead finance and accounting functions including FP&A, reporting, treasury, payroll, fixed assets and project controls.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, long‑range planning and ensure accurate monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, U.S. GAAP, internal controls and support audit and board reporting activities.
• Mentor and develop a high‑performing finance team while driving process automation and efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration; CPA and/or MBA required.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience with 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
• Proven ability to lead multiple finance disciplines in a complex organization.
• Experience presenting financial information to executive leadership and boards.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of IFRS and U.S. GAAP.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and financial management software.
