Senior Director, Digital Experience

About the role

SKIMS is seeking a Senior Director to own and scale its global digital storefront. You will drive revenue, conversion, and customer engagement while aligning brand storytelling with commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own the digital storefront strategy and performance, including revenue, conversion, and customer engagement.
• Balance brand storytelling with commercial performance to deliver an elevated customer experience.
• Lead and develop a team of leaders across site merchandising, product discovery, category management, and catalog & content management.
• Define and execute global campaign, launch, and drop strategies, ensuring compelling, brand‑right onsite experiences.
• Oversee product discovery across navigation, search, and merchandising to optimize the customer journey.
• Drive category performance through strong trading, assortment presentation, and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Ensure scalable, high‑quality catalog and content operations, including product data, imagery, and site readiness.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Marketing, Product Management, Merchandising, Planning, and Supply Chain to align demand, experience, and inventory.
• Establish global frameworks while enabling effective regional localization and execution.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising, or online trading, preferably in a ~$1B+ business.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth, conversion, and digital performance at scale.
• Experience leading and developing high‑performing teams and leaders.
• Deep expertise in site merchandising, product discovery, and eCommerce operations.
• Strong commercial and analytical acumen with the ability to manage complex trade‑offs.
