Senior Director, Brand Marketing

About the role

Splendid is seeking a strategic, consumer‑obsessed Senior Director of Brand Marketing to lead its integrated marketing function. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will shape the brand vision and execute strategies that boost brand equity, acquire and retain customers, and drive growth across wholesale, retail, and direct‑to‑consumer channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual marketing strategies aligned with growth, acquisition, retention, and revenue goals.
• Lead seasonal go‑to‑market plans for product launches and collaborations.
• Oversee integrated brand marketing, including campaign strategy, creative production, influencer marketing, public relations, social media, partnerships, retail marketing, events, and wholesale marketing.
• Collaborate closely with E‑Commerce, Merchandising, Design, Sales, Planning, Product Development, and Executive Leadership.
• Manage agency partners, review creative work, launch campaigns, and analyze performance metrics.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in brand marketing within retail or consumer‑goods environments.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands‑on, roll‑up‑your‑sleeves mindset.
• Ability to influence cross‑functional teams and drive execution across multiple channels.
