Senior Contingent Workforce Staffing Consultant (Remote, US)

About the role

Kelly is seeking a Senior Contingent Workforce Staffing Consultant to partner with hiring managers and deliver temporary and contract talent for on‑site operations in Conshohocken, PA, while working remotely across the United States. The role blends consultative talent acquisition with procurement technology expertise to ensure the right talent is sourced, engaged, and delivered efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Provide staffing support for a variety of positions using a consultative approach.
• Conduct needs‑assessment calls with hiring managers to define sourcing strategies.
• Leverage procurement and vendor‑management technologies to move requisitions through internal processes.
• Prepare and present talent community, team performance, and VMS data to leadership and clients.
• Monitor daily requisition progress, coordinate interviews, and negotiate bill rates.
• Support financial processes including time‑card, expense management, invoicing, and corrections.

Required profile

• Proven experience in contingent workforce management and labor‑market sourcing.
• Strong familiarity with procurement technology tools and vendor‑management systems.
• Ability to conduct client‑facing consultations and provide strategic guidance.
• Excellent analytical skills for reporting and data‑driven decision making.
• Effective time‑management and ability to prioritize competing priorities.
