About the role
Greystar is seeking an experienced Senior Community Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of two or more residential properties in Seattle. The role is pivotal in delivering exceptional resident experiences while meeting financial and operational targets.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of assigned multifamily properties, ensuring smooth functioning of all services.
- Manage and develop on‑site staff, coordinating schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
- Drive financial performance by monitoring budgets, controlling expenses, and achieving revenue goals.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other relevant regulations.
- Foster strong resident relations, addressing concerns promptly and enhancing community satisfaction.
Required profile
- Proven experience in community management within multifamily or property‑management environments.
- Strong customer‑service orientation with a track record of exceeding resident expectations.
- Ability to lead teams, manage resources, and meet established operational objectives.
