Senior Art Director – Promotional Medical Education

About the role

Real Chemistry is seeking a senior‑level creative leader to drive the ideation and development of promotional medical education assets. The Senior Art Director will collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate strategic concepts into polished multimedia deliverables while ensuring brand consistency and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide quality assurance for all design deliverables and ensure they meet client standards.
• Lead and manage promotional art projects from concept through final production.
• Assess client needs and develop innovative multimedia solutions.
• Maintain agency competitiveness by exploring and applying new technologies.
• Prepare work breakdown structures and budgets for complex deliverables.
