Senior Agentic Engineer

About the role

Infosys Financial Services is seeking a Senior Agentic Engineer to drive AI‑enabled transformation for banking, wealth management and insurance clients. You will work with cutting‑edge Agentic AI services, cloud platforms and data‑science techniques to deliver high‑impact solutions that improve decision‑making and customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Document and refine business requirements during the elicitation phase.
• Facilitate design discussions, capture architectural decisions and guide the technical team.
• Develop, integrate and test new features while ensuring system stability.
• Conduct code reviews, maintain repositories and implement test strategies.
• Provide user training, documentation and support for smooth application adoption.
• Resolve production issues and propose preventive measures to enhance reliability.

Required profile

• Strong collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end SDLC phases from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Experience delivering high‑quality software in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
