Senior Accountant – Remote (Eastern Time Zone Preferred)

About the role

Blink Health is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its fast‑growing finance team. The role focuses on the monthly close process, financial analysis, and automation initiatives, with a strong preference for candidates located in the Eastern Time Zone.

Key responsibilities

• Own preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and workpapers for the monthly close.
• Manage revenue, accounts receivable, customer on‑account, and security deposit accounts.
• Identify and implement automation and process‑improvement opportunities, leveraging the ERP system.
• Conduct fluctuation and variance analysis and provide clear explanations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure data accuracy for accounting purposes.
• Assist with annual audits and tax‑compliance data preparation.
• Document internal controls and support repeatable processes.
• Drive AI‑enabled automation for routine accounting tasks.
• Lead strategic projects that support company growth and scalability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA designation or working toward CPA (strongly preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience; public accounting or Big 4 audit/tax background preferred.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial analysis, and reporting.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (XLOOKUP, PivotTables, Dynamic Arrays, Power Query).
• Experience with enterprise ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, or Workday.
