Senior Accountant / Accounting Manager

About the role

This senior‑level position offers the chance to shape the financial foundation of a fast‑growing startup and its upcoming spin‑out. Working closely with the CFO and a strong FP&A lead, you will be embedded in strategic decision‑making while helping the company progress toward a public listing.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and oversee accounting operations for both the current business and its spin‑out.
• Work within SAP S/4HANA and coordinate with external partners for accounting, tax, and audit.
• Collaborate closely with the CFO and the FP&A lead on strategic financial decisions.
• Develop technical expertise and assume broader responsibilities as the organization scales.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible accounting experience.
• Background in public accounting, industry, or a mix of both.
• Advanced degree and/or CPA strongly preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with large ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite or Oracle; experience with ERP implementations is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills, including financial modeling and automation.
