Security Supervisor

About the role

The Security Supervisor at Bosch's Roseville site leads a 24/7 security team to protect employees, visitors, contractors and company assets. This role ensures the security program runs smoothly and aligns with Bosch’s high standards for safety and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage staffing levels to guarantee continuous security coverage.
• Conduct security audits and maintain consistency of procedures.
• Lead investigations of theft, vandalism, drug use, and employee misconduct.
• Develop, review, and update security policies and procedures.
• Administer performance standards, attendance, timecards and conduct safety meetings.
• Investigate unsafe incidents, document findings and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain integrity of security systems including cameras, electronic badge readers, communications, patrol tracking, security management and fire safety systems.
• Represent the security department in evacuation, loss‑control and workplace‑violence task forces.
• Coordinate security for on‑site and off‑site special events.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including time as a lead officer or equivalent education.
• Strong knowledge of security monitoring, access control, emergency response and investigative techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for handling confidential situations.
• Demonstrated leadership, decision‑making and communication abilities.
