Secretary II – Vehicle Wash Facility

About the role

The Secretary II provides full‑time administrative and scheduling support for the Vehicle Wash Facility, reporting to the Project Manager. The role interacts regularly with military personnel, government representatives and contractor staff, delivering courteous, customer‑focused service.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule, modify, and maintain military unit reservations using the Range Facility Management Support System (RFMSS).
• Provide scheduling information, facility procedures, and orientation briefings to Vehicle Wash Facility users.
• Serve as the primary customer‑service contact for military personnel, answering calls, greeting visitors, and responding to inquiries.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, schedules, spreadsheets and maintain electronic and hard‑copy records in accordance with records‑management policy.
• Coordinate communications between military units, government personnel, the Project Manager and contractor staff, and assist with recurring reports and utilization data.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to organize work, follow procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required installation access and Government credentials.
