Seasonal Sales Stylist – Beyond Yoga

About the role

This is a temporary, holiday‑season sales stylist position for Beyond Yoga at The Village at Corte Madera. The role requires a genuine interest in the brand, strong product knowledge, and a focus on creating authentic connections with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate thorough product knowledge and cultivate a service‑oriented environment.
• Meet or exceed daily store and individual sales goals.
• Maintain store appearance according to visual standards and housekeeping procedures.
• Handle cash, process shipments, manage floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment while adhering to loss‑prevention policies.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and partner with store leadership on escalated issues.
• Adopt new technologies, understand how tech improves the consumer experience, and use platforms such as Shopify when applicable.
• Build relationships, foster an inclusive work environment, and collaborate on community events to raise brand awareness.

Required profile

• Enjoy a fast‑paced, multitasking environment and can work flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Collaborative role model who embraces inclusion and belonging.
• Self‑starter with a growth mindset, eager to learn new tools.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lb and perform typical retail duties.
• Reliable transportation and a high school diploma or GED preferred.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of the Shopify platform (preferred).
