About the role

Join Beyond Yoga’s boutique at Westfield Montgomery as a Seasonal Sales Stylist for the holiday period. You will represent a premium active‑lifestyle brand, delivering an authentic, service‑focused shopping experience to customers in Bethesda, MD.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and convey the brand’s body‑positivity values.
• Achieve daily individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain visual standards, store appearance, and housekeeping in line with brand guidelines.
• Handle cash, process shipments, manage markdowns, and replenish merchandise efficiently.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and partner with store leadership on escalated issues.
• Adopt new in‑store technologies; familiarity with Shopify is a plus.
• Build relationships with the local community through events and brand‑awareness initiatives.

Required profile

• Enjoy a fast‑paced, multitasking environment and flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Self‑starter with a growth mindset and collaborative attitude.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform standing, walking, kneeling, and reaching tasks.
• Reliable transportation and high school diploma or GED preferred.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of the Shopify platform (preferred).
