Sanitation Technician – 2nd Shift (2p‑10p)

About the role

Join Nestlé USA as a full‑time 2nd‑shift Sanitation Technician in Medford, WI. Reporting to the Sanitation Supervisor, you will support plant sanitation and have the opportunity to grow into other areas of the Quality department.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all plant sanitation work to verify proper procedures are followed and acceptable cleaning levels are maintained.
• Apply knowledge of chemicals, safety precautions, and ensure proper documentation of sanitation for compliance.
• Perform duties safely, wear required safety equipment, and continuously monitor safety procedures.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work independently or in a team with excellent communication.
• Willingness to work in varying temperature conditions and wet/dry environments.
• Ability to lift 50 lb, perform basic math and reading.

Required skills

• Knowledge of chemicals, titrations, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer use.
• Prior exposure to manufacturing, preferably in the food or beverage industry.

What we offer

• Schedule: 2 p.m. – 10 p.m. Monday‑Friday, weekends as needed.
• Starting hourly pay $27.25 plus $1.50 shift differential.
