Sales Specialist – Atlanta (Diageo Beer & Pre-Mix)

About the role

Diageo is seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist to drive growth of its Beer and Pre‑Mix portfolio in the Atlanta market. You will work directly with distributor partners and third‑party field sales teams to execute brand programs, increase distribution, and achieve sales targets across on‑premise and off‑premise channels.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with the top 100 combined chain, independent, and on‑premise accounts.
• Communicate the monthly program calendar and ensure execution of promotional activities with distributor sales teams.
• Analyze on‑ and off‑premise channel performance to plan and launch effective promotions.
• Assist the District Manager (DM) in distributor sales meetings, weekly team meetings, and tactical budget management.
• Collaborate with the DM 60 days in advance to set targets and objectives for the territory.
• Spend a minimum of three days per week in the field, including evenings and weekends for events.
• Work alongside third‑party Inspira field sales representatives and distributor sales teams to drive brand initiatives.

Required profile

• Self‑starter with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to take initiative in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities with distributors and retail partners.
