About the role
The Off‑Premise Sales Representative drives sales growth and brand distribution across liquor stores, grocery outlets, and other off‑premise locations. You will build strong customer relationships, execute sales strategies, and ensure product availability while representing a fun, family‑based culture.
Key responsibilities
- Visit assigned retail accounts on a daily route, analyze opportunities, and ensure compliance with national account standards.
- Deliver professional sales presentations, promote new products, and manage in‑store merchandising, including back‑bar placements and promotional displays.
- Maintain inventory levels by taking stock, restocking shelves where permitted, and communicating out‑of‑stock situations to management.
- Provide education and training to account staff on priority brands.
- Process credits, returns, and collect payments where legally permissible.
- Achieve sales, volume, and distribution targets set by management.
- Support new account openings and collaborate with the Field Sales Manager on opening orders.
- Participate in supplier sales calls, blitzes, and other promotional activities.
Required profile
- Current associate eligible to apply through the internal Career Portal.
- Full‑time availability with a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to handle complaints professionally.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and work flexible hours as needed.
