Sales & Marketing Coordinator (Remote)

About the role

Last Call Media partners with government agencies to create clear, accessible digital services. As a Sales & Marketing Coordinator you will drive the visibility of these services by producing content, maintaining the website, supporting events, and ensuring clean CRM data—all on a fully remote team.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and schedule content for social media, email newsletters, and the company blog.
• Maintain the website and manage updates through a content management system.
• Coordinate logistics for events, conferences, and webinars.
• Keep HubSpot (or comparable CRM) data accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Identify operational gaps and implement solutions with ownership from day one.

Required profile

• Experience creating content across social, email, and blog channels.
• Comfort with basic web maintenance and CMS tools.
• Background in event or conference coordination.
• Hands‑on experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM platform.
