Sales Development Manager – Austin / San Antonio

About the role

Join Bosch’s Business Development Team to bring innovative power, accessory and measuring tools to commercial contractors across the Austin and San Antonio markets. You will act as the voice of Bosch on‑site, delivering programs, products and solutions through our distribution partners and directly to end users.

Key responsibilities

• Work in the field with users on job sites and in tool cribs, collaborating with distribution partners to sell new products.
• Meet annual new‑business targets by generating leads through cold calling, job‑site visits and partner engagements.
• Tell the Bosch story where contractors work, buy, play and learn, turning new customers into loyalists.
• Own top job sites, engage directly with users to understand their needs, and become a product and application expert.
• Deliver Bosch solutions to the largest contractors, ensuring product fit and satisfaction.

Required profile

• Willingness to work onsite in the field with contractors and distribution partners.
• Ability to achieve and exceed new‑business sales targets.
• Strong communication skills to convey product value and build relationships.
