About the role

The Sales Consultant (Lease‑Up) will drive marketing, leasing and renewal activities for the Album Summit Pines community in Apex, NC. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, helping them navigate the leasing process and ensuring high occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Execute the property’s marketing strategy to attract qualified prospects.
  • Conduct tours, present unit features, and negotiate lease terms.
  • Manage lease renewals and retention initiatives to maintain occupancy targets.
  • Collaborate with the property management team to achieve revenue goals.
  • Maintain accurate leasing records and report on key performance metrics.

Required profile

  • Dedicated, hard‑working individual with a strong customer‑service orientation.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with residents.
  • Motivated to meet occupancy and revenue objectives.
