About the role

Maesa is seeking a Sales Assistant to support the SVP and Sales team in executing sales plans for specialty retail and brand customers. The role focuses on strengthening relationships, driving repeat business, and collaborating across Marketing, Planning, and Operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Key Account Manager to support the annual sales plan and organizational objectives.
  • Assist in implementing and executing sales policies and practices.
  • Coordinate communications to align with sales plan goals and budget requirements.
  • Recommend sales strategies based on market research and competitor analysis.
  • Perform administrative duties such as managing messenger/FedEx reports and other sundry tasks.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Planning, and Operations to ensure optimal customer service.

Required profile

  • 1‑2+ years of experience supporting a sales organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
  • Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and planning abilities.
  • High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Passion for the beauty industry and strong customer orientation.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
