Retail Sales Associate

About the role

PUMA is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience in its stores. You will be the face of the brand, helping shoppers find the right products while upholding Puma’s brand values.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consistent, high‑standard customer service aligned with Puma’s brand values.
• Achieve or exceed sales, KPI and profitability targets through effective engagement.
• Accurately process sales transactions at checkout, ensuring speed and security.
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and compliance with brand guidelines.
• Handle incoming and outgoing merchandise, including stock replenishment.
• Support a safe, healthy, and compliant shopping environment.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in a customer‑focused retail environment, preferably apparel or footwear.
• Strong team player with excellent communication abilities.
• Quick learner with basic computer proficiency.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, push or pull up to 30 pounds regularly.
• Willingness to work non‑traditional hours, including weekends, evenings and holidays.
