About the role

The Retail Merchandise Allocator for Women’s Ready-to-Wear (WRTW) ensures the right products reach the right stores at the right time, driving sales, sell‑through and inventory efficiency for a leading luxury fashion group.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute allocation strategies that meet sales, sell‑through and inventory targets across all stores and channels.
• Manage weekly replenishment and initial allocations, balancing inventory by location, size and style.
• Analyze store performance, trends and inventory positions to make proactive adjustments.
• Support new store openings, remodels and special events with appropriate inventory.
• Own purchase‑order management across stores and recommend transfers, consolidations and rebalancing actions.
• Produce weekly reports on store performance, inventory health and allocation effectiveness.
• Partner with Distribution, Logistics and Merchandising teams to ensure timely execution.
• Serve as subject‑matter expert on allocation systems and drive process improvements.
