Remote Registered Nurse – AI Model Evaluation

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our remote team and help train AI chatbots that support healthcare decision‑making. You will work on a flexible schedule, choosing projects that match your expertise while contributing to the improvement of AI model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide diverse and complex healthcare scenarios for AI chatbots.
• Evaluate chatbot outputs for correctness, logic, and medical accuracy.
• Measure model progress and report performance metrics.
• Identify and resolve issues that affect model quality.

Required profile

• Current or in‑progress medical degree (RN, NP, PA, etc.).
• Fluency in English at native or bilingual level.
• Ability to work independently on a remote basis.
