Remote Recruiter for US Financial Services

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to join a growing recruiting firm that serves the private wealth management and financial services sector in the United States. This fully remote position will support full‑cycle recruiting for US‑based clients, requiring strong English communication and an understanding of US workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates for open positions.
• Conduct outreach, initial screening interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and manage recruiting pipelines.
• Review resumes, evaluate fit, and support recruiters with scheduling and follow‑ups.
• Communicate professionally with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
• Utilise applicant tracking systems and other recruiting platforms.

Required profile

• 2–5+ years of recruiting, talent sourcing, or talent acquisition experience.
• Previous experience recruiting for US‑based companies or clients.
• Excellent written and spoken English (C2/C1 level) with a neutral accent.
• Strong understanding of US workplace culture and communication styles.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Familiarity with recruiting platforms and tools.
