Remote Personal Injury Case Manager

About the role

We are seeking a remote Case Manager specializing in personal injury claims. The role supports attorneys and clients, ensuring each claim is handled efficiently and compassionately from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Open new claims and coordinate with insurance adjusters on the defense side.
• Maintain regular contact with clients to gather information, collect documentation, and monitor recovery progress.
• Request, organize, and track medical records and bills.
• Assist in coordinating medical bill payments and monitor outstanding balances.
• Keep detailed, accurate records of client expenses and case progress.
• Support attorneys in preparing documents and presentations for insurance adjusters, defense counsel, and juries.

Required profile

• Comfortable working remotely with a U.S.-based team during Central Time business hours.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Patient, compassionate, and strong communicator in both written and verbal English; Spanish fluency is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, legal support, or healthcare administration is helpful but not mandatory.
