Remote Construction Manager – Healthcare Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead healthcare construction projects on a remote basis. The role covers the full project lifecycle, from pre‑construction planning through to final handover, ensuring each project meets scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage healthcare construction projects through all phases, maintaining alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution and compliance with client requirements.
• Oversee construction administration, including site inspections, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reporting.
• Ensure all activities comply with building codes, safety regulations, and healthcare industry standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing large‑scale construction projects, preferably in healthcare environments.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
• Familiarity with IBC, NFPA, OSHA, and healthcare compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
