Remote Appointment Setter – B2B Sales Development

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to join our fully remote B2B sales development team. In this role you will help our clients across SaaS, technology, finance and other sectors connect with decision‑makers and generate qualified sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn and other digital channels.
• Identify and engage decision‑makers across multiple industries.
• Schedule qualified sales appointments for clients and internal sales teams.
• Follow approved outreach strategies and messaging campaigns.
• Maintain accurate activity records in CRM systems.
• Consistently meet or exceed appointment‑setting and productivity targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve campaign performance and lead quality.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

Required skills

• Computer with at least 8 GB RAM and an Intel i3 processor (or equivalent).
• Internet speed of minimum 30 Mbps, with a backup connection.
• Backup computer or device available for technical issues.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM systems and sales engagement platforms.
