Registered Nurse – Freeway Endoscopy

About the role

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the ICE PeriopSvc Endoscopy Lab. The RN will provide nursing care for patients undergoing endoscopic procedures within the Freeway Endoscopy service line.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with preparation and execution of endoscopic procedures.
• Monitor patient vital signs and ensure safety throughout the procedure.
• Document nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic health record.
• Maintain and troubleshoot endoscopy equipment according to departmental policies.
• Collaborate with physicians, technologists, and support staff to deliver high‑quality patient care.

Required profile

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the United States.
• Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
• Experience in perioperative or endoscopy settings is preferred.
