About the role

The Direct Patient Care Registered Nurse (DPC RN) works in the Emergency Department providing 24‑hour patient‑family centered care. This full‑time night‑shift position (7 PM‑7:30 AM) offers a sign‑on bonus of up to $25,000.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings.
• Deliver evidence‑based interventions and evaluate patient outcomes.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams while maintaining professional accountability.
• Adapt quickly to changing clinical situations and prioritize tasks effectively.

Required profile

• Associate degree in Nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Certifications: Pediatric Advanced Life Support, Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, Neonatal Resuscitation Program, Oncology Nursing Society/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate.
