Regional Sales Manager – Western US (Cutting Tools)

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Western United States to lead our cutting‑tools business across all states west of the Mississippi. The ideal candidate will combine deep industry knowledge, a strong technical background, and proven experience managing sales teams and distribution networks.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and manage direct sales personnel and manufacturers’ representatives to ensure comprehensive market coverage.
• Collaborate with an extensive distribution network to drive product adoption and meet sales targets.
• Oversee the level, composition, and quality of product sales throughout the region.

Required profile

• Extensive knowledge of the cutting‑tools industry and regional customer base.
• Strong technical background related to precision cutting tools.
• Demonstrated experience managing sales professionals and working with distribution partners.
