Regional Property Manager – Spokane & Northern Idaho

About the role

The Regional Property Manager will oversee a portfolio of multifamily assets in the Spokane and Northern Idaho markets, driving operational excellence, financial performance, and tenant satisfaction. This position reports to senior leadership and collaborates with leasing, maintenance, and regional support teams.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure each community meets operational, financial, and business performance goals through regular inspections, reporting, and action plans.
• Manage budgets, prepare performance reports, and present findings to owners and senior management.
• Foster tenant relationships, implement retention programs, and address concerns promptly.
• Lead leasing initiatives to maintain optimal occupancy and execute targeted marketing strategies.
• Oversee maintenance programs, conduct safety inspections, and coordinate capital requests for property upkeep.
• Stay current with local, state, and federal regulations, ensuring full compliance and risk mitigation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing diverse property portfolios.
• Strong financial acumen, analytical abilities, and stakeholder management skills.
• In‑depth knowledge of real‑estate laws, regulations, and market trends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi and/or RealPage).
• Advanced Excel and database management capabilities.
• Real estate license in the relevant market (preferred).
• Industry certifications such as CPM, CAPS, or CAM (preferred).
